Director of Operations, Neurosurgery

Haley Kirby, MS.Ed, ATC/L

Haley Kirby, M.S.Ed, ATC/L, is the director of operations for neurosurgery at USA Health. She graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training before going on to complete her master's in exercise physiology at The University of Texas at Austin. She comes to the Spine Institute from USA Health's Pandemic Testing Center, where she helped run the COVID-19 testing initiative for patients, first responders and city officials. Haley will be working closely with surgical and non-surgical patients to track their care to assure patient satisfaction while working as a steward of their resources.

Practice Manager, Neurosurgery

Samantha Schmitt

Samantha Schmitt graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2010 with a degree in Education. With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has built a diverse career spanning IT, training, and management. Samantha currently serves as the Practice Manager for the USA Health Neurosurgery Department and Spine Institute, where she oversees clinic operations and supports the delivery of high-quality patient care. She is actively pursuing a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration to further deepen her expertise and leadership in the field.
